Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a substantial volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities, utilizing channels such as phone, email, video calls, and social media to connect with prospects.
- Utilize Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools to identify and engage with key decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, guiding potential clients through each phase of the sales funnel.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce or similar).
- Qualify leads and facilitate a seamless transition to the onboarding team.
- Track and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
- Adhere to specified SLAs and maintain consistent sales rhythms.
