Compensation:
This sales position features a competitive compensation structure with a starting hourly rate of $17-$22/hour, along with the potential to earn additional income through our variable incentive plan. Full-time employees can expect an annual starting salary of $35,360, with top performers historically earning up to $150,000 when including incentive compensation.
Schedule:
Flexibility may be required as this role could involve working during holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Join Our Team:
As a member of the Commerce Sales Team, your mission will be to proactively reach out to both prospective and existing GoDaddy customers via outbound calls. Your focus will be on educating and consulting these customers, particularly those currently processing significant volumes of payments through other providers. You will guide them through GoDaddy’s various services, including Payments, Social, SEO, and Website Design, ensuring they find the best solutions for their unique business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective small business customers and current GoDaddy clients through outbound sales calls and emails to identify new opportunities.
- Consult with customers to assess their business needs, aligning GoDaddy products and solutions with their commerce objectives while addressing any pain points they may have.
- Effectively communicate GoDaddy’s offerings to overcome small business objections.
- Build lasting relationships based on trust and integrity with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales strategies and success.
