Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare for daily appointments scheduled by your assistant the previous day—local travel only.
- Conduct 2-3 sales appointments each day with owners of small to medium-sized businesses, aiming to market and secure Survey Agreements with Business Analysts.
- Provide feedback to the Business Coordinator after each appointment and share new business leads.
- Review daily successes and challenges with your Sales Manager to gain the necessary support—our administrative team is invested in your success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in business ownership and/or face-to-face direct sales.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
- Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently.
- Outgoing personality with a knack for building relationships, especially with business owners, presidents, and CEOs.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to listen and identify clients' core challenges.
- Availability to start immediately.
