Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement B2B performance marketing strategies.- Manage multichannel campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and industry-specific platforms.- Build and optimize large-scale lead generation funnels.- Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts.- Implement marketing automation for extended sales cycles.- Optimize paid campaigns with annual budgets exceeding $500K.- Lead SEO and Local SEO strategies across multiple locations.- Create dashboards and KPIs for executive leadership.- Support M&A initiatives and growth through acquisitions. What We Are Looking For:- Over 5 years of experience in B2B Performance Marketing.- Proven experience managing large budgets and complex sales cycles.- Proficiency in HubSpot (mandatory) and familiarity with Marketo or Emfluence.- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and advanced SEO.- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.- Experience in multi-location businesses and Local SEO is a plus.
