As an Account Manager at N2JSoft:
You will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, primarily consisting of SMEs, along with some larger accounts. Your mission will be to ensure client satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Portfolio Management and Development
Monitor and oversee an existing client portfolio, primarily SMEs, with a personalized approach tailored to their challenges and maturity levels.
Establish trust-based relationships with key stakeholders (management, operational teams, etc.) and act as a daily partner.
Strategic Support and Consulting
Analyze client needs, offer tailored recommendations, and assist in implementing our solutions.
Regularly track performance and define actions to maximize the value delivered to each client.
Revenue Growth Development
Identify and qualify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in a consultative manner.
Prepare and negotiate contract renewals.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
