At Teltonika, our networking solutions business unit specializes in the development and manufacturing of industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, including routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our products cater to clients operating in the challenging sectors of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Acquire new clients through proactive cold calling and networking
- Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients via regular communication, presentations, and site visits
- Prepare commercial proposals and ensure contract execution to meet sales targets
- Represent Teltonika Networks at industry exhibitions and meetings
- Maintain and manage a CRM database
- Collaborate with the technical support team and product specialists to fulfill customer needs
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a Sales Specialist/Sales Executive/Sales Representative role with B2B experience
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly organized, results-focused, and driven by challenges
- Proficient in delivering compelling presentations
- Valid Polish Driving License
