Our client is a distinguished mountain resort and hospitality organization that provides exceptional year-round outdoor adventures, encompassing skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and various leisure activities. They also operate a brewery and offer a range of tourism-related services, focusing on creating unforgettable guest experiences across numerous touchpoints. With a broad portfolio that spans resort operations, hospitality venues, and tourism brands, they are in search of a Digital Marketing Coordinator to oversee and enhance their daily digital communications.

Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be tasked with managing digital communications across the client’s resort, brewery, golf, and tourism platforms. This role encompasses content scheduling, social media management, website updates, and cross-brand collaboration to ensure that all digital platforms remain accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Platform Management
Publish and update content across the websites and social media platforms for Mt. Baldy Resort, Mt. Baldy Brewery, Visit Mt. Baldy, and Mistwood Golf.
Ensure that websites and social media accounts are consistently updated with accurate information, including conditions, hours, events, and promotions.
Coordinate and distribute email newsletters and campaigns to engage and inform customers.
Content Coordination
Maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure timely postings across all platforms.
Ensure consistency of content across all brands within the portfolio.
Cross-Brand Efficiency
Coordinate content across multiple platforms, utilizing overlapping audiences for maximum engagement.
Repurpose content across Mt. Baldy Resort, Brewery, and Visit Mt. Baldy to maintain cohesive messaging and streamline execution.
Maintain a distinctive brand voice for Mistwood Golf while ensuring alignment within the overall portfolio.
