Role Overview: This is a full-time independent contractor position where you will take the lead in driving sales growth through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 80–120+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for senior sales representatives.
- Manage, track, and update all customer interactions using a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies and boost conversion rates.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through superior verbal and written communication.
- Achieve or surpass monthly KPIs and performance targets.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in SDR or telemarketing, specifically in B2C sales.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and adhere to structured outreach processes.
- Proficient in using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exhibit resilience, competitiveness, and a strong focus on targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
