Your Opportunity
As a Back of House (BOH) / Inventory Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our store operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring merchandise is efficiently received, organized, and restocked on the sales floor. You will be instrumental in maintaining visual standards, stock accuracy, and timely product availability to enhance sales efforts.
Job Status: Part-time / Non-Exempt
Pay Transparency: This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $20.00, plus commission.

How You Will Contribute
Back of House & Stock Operations
- Receive and accurately process incoming shipments.
- Organize and optimize the stockroom for efficient access and space usage.
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor as directed by management.
- Prepare merchandise for display or storage, including tagging and sensoring items.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including stock counts and loss prevention measures.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and company standards for product handling and back-of-house organization.
Sales Floor Support
- Act as a key contact for Sales Advisors, quickly retrieving requested items from the stockroom.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly communicate low stock or product issues to management.
- Maintain cleanliness in the stock room and sales floor areas.
- Ensure fitting rooms, shelves, and product displays are neat, clean, and fully stocked.
- Assist with store openings, closings, and floor moves as necessary.
- Support the visual merchandising team in executing floor plans and product presentations.
