Importantly, we are an AI-native engineering organization. You are expected to leverage modern AI tools in your daily tasks. The landscape of software engineering is evolving rapidly with new AI tools, and we are actively embracing this change. You will push the boundaries by using AI to explore designs, scaffold code, generate tests, and document decisions while maintaining high engineering standards—clear contracts, readable code, robust test suites, observability, and maintainable architectures.
