Your Responsibilities:
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries via email and phone
- Maintaining and managing our customer database
- Handling administrative duties including writing and organizational tasks
- Providing direct and phone support for customers on organizational matters
- Assisting with event management, including travel and seminar arrangements
- Coordinating appointments and performing general backoffice tasks
Salary for full-time position: €2,700 gross per month.
