Backoffice Employee (Customs)

Your Responsibilities:
As a Backoffice Employee (Customs), you will be essential to the logistical core of our organization. You will ensure the accurate processing and verification of export documentation and will be involved in all aspects related to documentation.
Your tasks include:
- Drafting, managing, and verifying export documentation, including health certificates, certificates of origin, packing lists, and customs forms;
- Maintaining contacts with NVWA, carriers, and customs agents;
- Communicating with internal and external customers;
- Contributing to quality assurance and process optimization;
- Order entry;
- Verifying bank documents (LC) and documentary collections;
- Sending documents;
- Checking payments;
- Handling all aspects of documentation that arise in the export department;
- Releasing containers.
