The Bakery Equipment Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery production facilities. This position requires advanced technical skills to design, evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and install various bakery equipment. Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and computer controls are essential for success in this role.
You will be responsible for maintaining a distribution manufacturing facility, which includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and repairing or installing machinery used in bakery food processing, as well as maintaining physical structures and mechanical and electrical systems. A strong focus on safety when working with mechanical and electrical equipment in a production environment is paramount.
Compensation: $36 per hour, depending on experience.
Work Schedule: Shifts begin at 11 PM, with training on the 7 AM shift. Availability to work Saturdays from 6 AM to 2:30 PM is required, along with full flexibility for any day of the week, including weekends. Overtime may be mandatory as needed.
