Job Title: Baler Machine Operator (CORE Positions)
Location: Vandalia, OH 45377
Duration: Long Term
Pay Rate: $10.50/hr & $10.75/hr on W2
Shifts:
- First Shift: Monday – Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm ($10.50/hr)
- Evening Shift: Monday – Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm ($10.75/hr)
Note: Overtime may be required based on business needs and can include weekends. Must be available to work 7 days a week.
Uniform: Employees will receive 2 blue Client shirts to be worn onsite each day.
Responsibilities:
As a Baler Machine Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently operating a baler that compresses and binds cardboard. The ideal candidate is a motivated and dependable individual who can maintain a steady production pace.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Operating the baler machine to compress and bind cardboard materials.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
- Breaking down cardboard for recycling purposes.
- Safely opening chamber doors and removing compressed bales; safety gear such as glasses, gloves, and a safety vest is required.
- Setting up, operating, and making basic adjustments to the equipment based on job requirements.
