We are on the lookout for a Banking Software Solutions Consultant who will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and securing opportunities for our innovative solutions and services. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager and technical team, playing a vital part in expanding our client base and fortifying existing relationships within the Kosovar market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target sectors such as banking, telecommunications, and utilities.
- Develop and nurture a robust sales pipeline, guiding opportunities from initial contact through to contract finalization.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts tailored for enterprise clients.
- Maintain existing accounts to promote retention and explore upselling opportunities.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to elaborate on product features and advantages.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and responses to RFPs.
- Generate reports on sales performance, including forecasts, quotas, and commission structures, while keeping account records up to date.
- Keep clients informed about pricing and delivery schedules.
- Follow up post-meeting to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process orders and follow up with clients to confirm receipt.
- Analyze sales data to recommend improvements in the sales process.
