Role Overview:
As a Banking Support Officer, you will be integral to the daily operations of our Banking Department, facilitating seamless collaboration between our client relationship and business growth teams. This administrative role provides invaluable hands-on experience in the dynamic fintech and banking sectors.
Your responsibilities will include managing client and partner documentation, coordinating internal processes, updating essential forms, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records using tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, HubSpot, and Jira. You will work closely with Client Relationship Managers, Business Growth Managers, AML, CDD, Compliance, Legal, and Technical Support teams to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of requests.
This position is crucial for maintaining high service quality, particularly for our VIP clients, directly contributing to departmental growth and client satisfaction. It presents an excellent opportunity to gain a deep understanding of banking operations in a vibrant fintech environment.

Your Responsibilities Include:
Client & Account Administration
- Oversee daily adjustments to client profiles, including signatories, users, and company details.
- Prepare and update necessary forms, liaise with CDD and CRM teams, and confirm completion with clients.
- Manage account and card-related inquiries, including cardholder registration, issuance, activation, and closures.
- Facilitate client account terminations by collecting instructions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring prompt execution.
Onboarding & Business Growth Support
- Assist with client onboarding by documenting and updating lead information, sending follow-ups, and managing administrative steps during the account opening process.
- Coordinate amendments to Payment Account Agreements with the Legal team based on client or internal requests.
- Draft, process, and manage NDAs in collaboration with Compliance, ensuring proper execution and documentation.
- Contribute to business growth initiatives through basic market research, reporting, and ad hoc campaign support.
Partner & Internal Operations Support
- Support partner onboarding by coordinating pre-approval and due diligence processes, maintaining accurate partner records.
- Assist with internal operations to ensure streamlined processes and effective communication.
