Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and presentation of banqueting buffets.
- Management of parties, events, and group arrangements.
- Conducting quality checks on ingredients and preparations.
- Overseeing the reception, storage, and quality of ordered products.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure full compliance with HACCP guidelines.
