We are excited to announce an opening for a Bar Manager at our prestigious 5-star property, Domes Miramare Corfu, The Luxury Collection, where guests enjoy a premium luxury experience in the beautiful surroundings of Corfu.
The Role:
The Bar Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the bar's operations and ensuring a high-quality beverage service. Responsibilities include managing daily activities, leading the bar team, enhancing guest satisfaction, maximizing revenue, controlling inventory, and maintaining exemplary standards of safety and cleanliness. The successful candidate will create unforgettable experiences for our guests while cultivating a positive environment for staff, ensuring the bar's financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience & Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, engage in friendly conversations, and anticipate their needs to provide exceptional service. Address and resolve any customer complaints promptly and monitor feedback to continuously improve service quality. Train staff to create a welcoming atmosphere where guests receive personalized service.
- Bar Operations Management: Manage inventory of beverages and supplies, focusing on cost control and waste reduction. Oversee beverage service to ensure efficiency and quality.
