Barista Role Overview:
As a Barista at Domes Resorts, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional beverages and providing outstanding customer service in a dynamic, guest-oriented environment. Your passion for coffee and expertise in brewing techniques will contribute to an unforgettable guest experience, while your commitment to cleanliness and quality will ensure the café operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation & Customer Interaction
- Expertly prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and filter coffee, utilizing specialized equipment.
- Adapt to customer preferences, offering personalized options such as decaffeinated coffee or plant-based milk.
- Foster a friendly atmosphere as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
Equipment Maintenance & Inventory Management
- Regularly clean and maintain coffee machines and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
