Your Role:
Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing guests and servers with detailed and helpful information regarding all beverage menu items.
- Promoting and up-selling menu and beverage options in a positive and professional manner.
- Managing beverage stock according to guidelines and conducting daily inventory reports along with other necessary administrative tasks.
- Crafting drinks and serving them to guests and/or servers promptly.
- Exemplifying the Fairmont brand promise and luxury in every interaction.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
