Demonstrate sound decision-making skills based on personal judgment and company policy.Follow instructions independently without requiring close supervision.Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience is required.Ability to occasionally lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.Westgate Resorts maintains a smoke and tobacco-free workplace; applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered.Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and verify eligibility to work in the United States.
