ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our dynamic Baseball Operations team as a Systems Technician for the 2026 Baseball Season. Located in our SONY Office in Santa Fe, Mexico City, this position offers a thrilling chance to engage with cutting-edge sports technology in major leagues, working alongside a vibrant and dedicated team.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the live operational delivery of our tracking technology during MLB games throughout the Spring Training and Regular Season. Comprehensive technical training will be provided, and following this, you will take on operational shifts from our Mexico City Office, offering remote support to our clients across the United States, collaborating with our team based in Atlanta, GA.
Given the fast-paced nature of live Baseball operations, you should be prepared for night and weekend shifts. Typical shift hours will range from 10 AM to midnight, with many shifts occurring from 3 PM to midnight.
