Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in cell or battery testing within an engineering or manufacturing environment.Practical experience with cell test/data monitoring, as well as battery module and/or pack test/data monitoring.Hands-on skills in building fixtures and sourcing components.Experience in preparing samples for testing purposes.Proven ability to conduct tests according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and test plans.Strong problem-solving capabilities.Effective communication skills.High School Diploma or GED required.Preferred Qualifications:Willingness to travel to test facilities.Associate degree in engineering.Experience in battery manufacturing.Familiarity with high voltage systems in vehicles, aircraft, etc.Knowledge of DO-160G, DO-311A, UN 38.3 standards.Experience in data analysis.Proficiency with accelerometers and vibration controllers.Familiarity with AVL, Arbin, Neware, Chroma, and other test cycler systems.

Key Responsibilities
Build battery packs, cell bucks, and other components for Battery BMS, including design and testing.
Assist in the assembly of Battery EOL equipment.
Support mechanical builds for advanced project testing.
Fabricate securing hardware and harnesses for connections with testing equipment and assets.
Construct test fixtures for cells, bucks, and packs.
Perform small-scale buck and prototype builds.
Assist with battery pack charging operations.
