The Mitsis Group is currently seeking to fill new positions at our hotels in Crete:
Beach Lifeguard
Area: CRETE
Employment Type: Seasonal/Full-Time
Ref: HO/LIFEC
Objective
As a Beach Lifeguard, you will be responsible for the proper organization, supervision of your assigned area, and the safety of beach guests.
Responsibilities of Beach Lifeguard:
- Organization & management of assigned area
- Supervision of the beach
- Operation of beach equipment
- Clarification of regulations and overall supervision of guest safety
- Kind management and continuous care for guests
- Handling emergency situations and providing first aid
- Participation in sea-related activities and water facility tasks in coordination with hotel management
- Ensuring cleanliness and order of the surrounding area
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Degree in Lifeguarding
- Valid Lifeguard License
- CPR and AED certification
- First Aid – CPR certified
- Good knowledge of English (knowledge of a second language will be considered an additional asset)
