KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER INTERACTION / BUSINESS GROWTH
Provide exceptional service by engaging and connecting with all customers, ensuring your demeanor (attitude, attire, and makeup) aligns with KIKO standards.
Achieve business objectives as outlined with the Store Manager (Customer Experience, Sales, KPIs).
Fulfill customer needs through effective cross-selling of products.
Complete all BeKIKO training modules, quizzes, and related educational components.
Report any issues to Management that may affect the delivery of an exceptional customer experience and KPI performance (e.g., trends, inventory, housekeeping).
As a valued team member, you may also have the chance to take on the role of a ‘Beauty Tutor’, assisting the Store Manager in training fellow team members.
POLICY & PROCEDURE ADHERENCE
Ensure compliance with all KIKO operational standards.
Adhere to KIKO procedures as outlined in the KIKO STORE BOOK and communicated by the Store Manager.
Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in store image (layout, merchandising, and cleanliness) as well as KIKO Customer Care.
Continuously update yourself on market trends.
