KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Provide exceptional service by engaging with visitors, establishing connections, and offering personalized assistance while adhering to KIKO standards regarding attitude, appearance, and makeup.
Achieve business objectives as set by the Store Manager, including customer experience, sales performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Address customer needs through effective cross-selling of products.
Complete all BeKIKO training, quizzes, and dossier requirements.
Communicate any issues to management that may impact customer experience or KPI outcomes, such as trends, stock levels, and store maintenance.
Potentially take on additional responsibilities as a ‘Beauty Tutor’ to assist in training the store team.
PROCEDURE & POLICY ADHERENCE
Ensure the store remains compliant with all KIKO standards.
Uphold KIKO standards and procedures as outlined in the KIKO STORE BOOK and as communicated by the Store Manager.
Contribute to maintaining qualitative standards in terms of store layout, merchandising, and cleanliness, along with providing high-quality customer care.
Stay updated on current market trends.
