About the Role:
As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will immerse yourself in the sophisticated realm of luxury brands, observing and assessing customer experiences. Your feedback from in-store visits, online purchases, and return interactions will contribute to enhancing service quality and supporting luxury brands.

• Flexible working hours: Each in-store visit takes about 20 minutes, allowing you to engage in multiple missions during your available time.
• Continuous mission opportunities: Participate in various evaluations throughout the month, including collaborations with global brands like Louis Vuitton, Prada, and Bentley.
Partnerships:
Fashion & Couture: Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Versace, Prada, Moncler, Fendi, Bottega Veneta, Ferragamo, COS, Bally, Dolce & Gabbana.
Jewelry & Watches: Tiffany & Co., De Beers, Piaget, IWC, Boucheron, Pandora.
Beauty & Skincare: Guerlain, Sephora, L’Oréal, Givenchy.
Automotive: Bentley, Jaguar, Genesis, Maserati, Vespa.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Choose missions: Select assignments that match your preferences and profile.
2. Evaluate in-store or online: Interact with sales associates in physical stores or conduct evaluations from home.
3. Provide fair and accurate assessments: Carefully observe the store ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
4. Submit feedback: Report findings through a dedicated platform in a survey format.
