We seek individuals who are dedicated to empowering children with autism to achieve their fullest potential. You should possess patience, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you feel confident and capable in your role, even if you lack prior experience. Please note that working with children can be unpredictable and may involve physical activity; comfort with standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting (up to 50 pounds) is essential.
