Join our dedicated team at Centria Autism as a Behavior Technician and positively impact the lives of children with autism. In this rewarding role, you'll work directly with children, applying individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based techniques to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors. Your patience and compassion will be vital as you support each child's unique journey toward achieving their full potential.
We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow. Comprehensive training will be provided, empowering you to confidently assist children, regardless of your previous experience. This position requires physical stamina since you will be actively engaging with children, which may involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
