In this rewarding position, you will work closely with children, executing personalized behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your role will involve applying evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social interaction, and daily living skills, while also minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek individuals who are not only passionate about supporting children with autism but also demonstrate patience, compassion, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
We offer extensive training to prepare you for this impactful work, even if you lack prior experience. The nature of our clients means that you should be physically capable of engaging in various activities, including standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
