No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to prepare you for this rewarding role. However, you should be ready for a dynamic work environment, as working with children can be physically demanding. You will need to be comfortable with various physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
