Successful candidates will exhibit patience, empathy, and teamwork skills. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you are well-prepared to support each child's unique needs, regardless of your prior experience. This dynamic role requires physical stamina, as you will be actively engaging with children, which may include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and occasionally carrying objects or children weighing up to 50 pounds.
