In this rewarding position, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
As a Behavior Technician, you will leverage evidence-based practices to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors. Your patience, compassion, and teamwork will be vital in creating a nurturing environment for our clients.
Even if you are new to the field, we provide extensive training to ensure you feel confident and equipped to support each child. Please note that this role may involve physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting children or objects up to 50 pounds, so physical readiness is important.
