In this rewarding role, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your efforts will be instrumental in teaching vital communication, social, and daily living skills while helping to minimize challenging behaviors.
We are seeking individuals who are not only enthusiastic about making a positive impact but are also patient and compassionate team players. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to support every child’s growth and development. Please note that the job can require physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
