Key Responsibilities:
Implement tailored therapy plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assist children in developing essential skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.
Utilize Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) to deliver evidence-based, child-centered, play-based therapy.
Collect and document data on client progress while maintaining open communication with clinical supervisors.
Ensure a safe and organized environment by maintaining the cleanliness of the center.
