In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include employing evidence-based strategies to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills, while also helping to reduce interfering behaviors. We value candidates who are not only enthusiastic about supporting children with autism but also possess the patience and compassion necessary to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to empower you with the skills needed to succeed in this role. Please note that working with children can be unpredictable, and you should be prepared for physical activity, including standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
