Key Responsibilities:Deliver one-on-one telehealth coaching sessions for clients on the Intellect platform.Address sub-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives, including relationship goals.Collaborate with the internal clinical team to propose enhancements to the program and platform.Requirements:Possession of an active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification or a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling.Expertise in coaching methodologies and/or evidence-based techniques (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).ICF Coaches must have a minimum of 200 coaching hours.Counselors should possess at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation.Proficiency in English and Latvian is essential.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), adult counseling, or coaching in managerial contexts.
