We are seeking a talented Bid & Design Tender Manager to join our dynamic team based in Montaigu-Vendée. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for responding to client tenders and consultations, ensuring our submissions reflect the highest standards of quality and innovative design, complemented by relevant products and competitive pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive responses to tenders, including all required administrative documentation (Finance, HR, Quality-Safety-Environment, Purchasing, etc.) and product sheets.
Organize mock-ups, manage sales/client requests, conduct product research, and oversee installation coordination, including collaboration with the Customer Service team for order processing.
Maintain and update the database of tender responses.
Keep tender management platforms updated.
Propose adaptations for documents, processes, and responses.
Select products and prepare pricing for tenders and client projects.
Create quotes based on client and sales requests.
Prepare and submit orders to Customer Service.
Report activities to your manager and participate in daily team meetings – Top 5.
Regularly update performance indicators (KPIs).
Demonstrate flexibility based on departmental priorities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Possess a degree in business administration, business management, or a related field, with substantial experience in a sales support role, preferably within the furniture industry.
You are meticulous and organized, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Process-oriented and committed to continuous improvement, you can manage your projects autonomously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Adaptability and a strong interest in solution-seeking are essential.
A good command of English is desired, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
