Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of SMB clients on our Client’s platform, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business objectives and media goals, crafting tailored advertising strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your client base, utilizing a full suite of advertising solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss campaign performance, present data-driven insights, and continuously refine advertising strategies.
- Meet performance targets and KPIs, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and retention goals.
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with SMB clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and continued investment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Keep accurate and updated client records in Salesforce, including account activity, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
- Adapt swiftly to changing client needs, platform updates, and evolving business priorities.
