Your Impact
As an Assistant Guide, you will provide support in a mixed-age Montessori classroom (Toddler), contributing to a calm and engaging environment that empowers children to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.
In a Montessori setting, the environment and the guide collaborate to promote each child's development. You'll assist in preparing beautiful, purposeful learning spaces and facilitate individualized and small-group activities with respect, patience, and care.
Most importantly, you'll help children build self-confidence and discover their capabilities.
What You’ll Do
- Carefully observe children to understand and support their unique needs.
- Help prepare and maintain an inviting and organized classroom environment.
- Support both individual and small-group learning activities.
- Establish warm, respectful relationships with children and their families.
- Collaborate with Lead Guides and team members to foster a strong classroom community.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children aged 0-3 in a school or childcare setting.
- A positive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the Montessori framework (prior Montessori experience is a plus but not required).
