In this position, you will engage in one-on-one interactions with children, applying personalized behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will utilize evidence-based methodologies to foster communication, social skills, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.
We value individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting children with autism in achieving their fullest potential. Patience, compassion, and teamwork are essential traits for this role. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you feel equipped and empowered to make a difference, even if you have no prior experience. Please note that the role can be physically demanding, as you may need to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, kneel, and occasionally lift or carry children or items weighing up to 50 pounds.
