In this rewarding position, you will work closely with children on a one-on-one basis, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your role will involve employing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while effectively reducing challenging behaviors. As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate patience, compassion, and a strong ability to collaborate within a team environment. Even if you lack prior experience, our comprehensive training program will prepare you to make a significant difference in each child's life. Please note that working with children may require physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
