- Handle incoming calls and perform partial client intakes following a provided script.
- Collect, organize, and maintain client documents efficiently.
- Prepare cases for attorney review upon completion of all required documentation.
- Utilize Best Case software for effective case management.
- Manage around 50–70 client calls monthly, varying with advertising volume.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely case progression.
- Maintain accurate client records and conduct follow-ups as necessary.
