Position Overview:
As a Client Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for new clients seeking mental health services. You will play a pivotal role in matching clients with the right providers and fostering meaningful relationships through effective communication. Your expertise will help demystify the process of accessing mental health care, ensuring clients understand their insurance options, payment procedures, and provider policies. Comprehensive training will be provided, no prior medical or insurance experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and inviting experience for new clients reaching out for mental healthcare.
- Identify and connect clients with the most suitable mental health providers.
- Communicate with clarity and empathy.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in client data entry.
- Achieve personal and team performance goals.
- Handle emotionally sensitive calls with professionalism and refer clients in crisis to appropriate resources.
- Educate clients about their insurance, authorizations, provider policies, and payment methods.
