This position requires you to work on a schedule from Monday to Sunday, encompassing 5 days a week in 8-hour shifts that commence at 7 AM and conclude at 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by responding to inquiries and providing education on our products through chat and email.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, including technical aspects of web applications, automations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with IT and management to coordinate effective solutions.
- Help customers foster successful businesses by simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Conduct onboarding calls with customers to facilitate smooth transitions.
You may be a perfect fit if you:
- Possess excellent proficiency in English and Polish (minimum C1 level); proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French, or Russian is a plus.
- Have a foundational understanding of online marketing and basic knowledge of web applications (e.g., APIs, integrations, data flow).
- Embrace new challenges and are eager to learn quickly.
- Are adept at navigating various tools, systems, and technical concepts.
- Exhibit a natural curiosity and enjoy problem-solving.
- Can manage multiple interactions simultaneously with ease.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills and are keen to improve your typing speed.
- Are an engaging “people person” with a positive attitude.
- Are comfortable communicating with customers via phone or Teams calls.
Salary Range:
Employment contract: 6,000.00 - 8,000.00 PLN gross, plus commission upon achieving targets and additional bonuses for weekend work.
