As a vital member of our global Customer Success organization, the Customer Success Engineer serves as a technical authority at Tines, assisting customers in understanding the advantages of workflow automation within their organizations. You will engage closely with clients during onboarding and as they expand their use of Tines, delivering production-ready Stories through our professional services.
Your collaboration with our Customer Success Management and Project Management Teams will ensure that clients meet their success criteria on the platform and facilitate the development of new use cases.
Our CSEs work collaboratively across various teams within our organization (Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing) to ensure that we are building the appropriate roadmap to meet our customers' needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients automate repetitive tasks without the necessity of coding.
