Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, chats, and emails;
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships;
- Stay updated with the latest tools and technology;
- Handle sensitive customer information with utmost care and security;
- Implement best practices for customer satisfaction;
- Develop a thorough understanding of client solutions and consistently meet KPIs;
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications for Success:
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (C1 proficiency in both spoken and written);
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer support capacity;
- Strong analytical and research abilities;
- Background in the travel industry;
- A positive, proactive, and responsible mindset;
- Access to a personal computer (minimum 8GB RAM) with a stable internet connection (50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience in hospitality or logistics;
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Zendesk.
