We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Bilingual HR and Administrative Assistant fluent in both Spanish and English to support our operations. You will play a vital role in payroll preparation, data management, and administrative support, all while ensuring seamless HR functions and compliance in a remote setting. While experience in the medical and insurance industries is advantageous, we welcome candidates with robust administrative and payroll backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll & Data Management: Assist in payroll preparation for timely salary processing, maintain employee records, and support payroll compliance and audits.
- HR Administrative Support: Provide essential HR administrative assistance, including employee onboarding, record maintenance, and responding to HR-related inquiries.
- Bilingual Communication: Serve as the main contact for Spanish-speaking employees, ensuring clear communication between English and Spanish-speaking individuals.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Utilize knowledge of medical and insurance terminology to support HR operations relevant to these sectors.
- General Administrative Tasks: Assist with data entry, file organization, and HR reporting, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
