Gersh Autism is on the lookout for a skilled HR Generalist (Bilingual in English and Spanish) to play a pivotal role in supporting our newly established school in the Bronx, NY. This position will involve collaborating closely with school leadership and the HR team to facilitate day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment initiatives.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive, collaborative culture within our school community while providing essential support to staff and leadership. You will lead and enhance critical HR programs, drive process improvements, and contribute to the development of scalable people strategies that resonate with Gersh Autism's mission and values.
