This fully remote position is designed for professionals with a strong background in high-performance sales, particularly in the legal or customer service fields. As an Intake Sales Specialist, you'll be pivotal in converting leads, fostering relationships with prospective clients, and ensuring their transition into legal representation is smooth and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification & Conversion: Identify and assess potential clients' needs in divorce, family law, and bankruptcy, converting them into scheduled paid consultations with attorneys.
- Sales & Client Communication: Build trust and clearly communicate our firm's value proposition to prospective clients, effectively selling consultations with empathy and professionalism.
- Follow-up & Case Conversion: After initial consultations, maintain contact with potential clients to review notes, ensure alignment, and convert them into long-term legal clients on retainer.
- CRM & Documentation: Keep meticulous records in our CRM software (Lawmatics), ensuring accurate documentation of each step in the intake and sales process while facilitating seamless transitions to attorneys.
- Performance Metrics: Strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators, including lead conversion rates, response times, and follow-ups, evaluated weekly and monthly.
- Collaboration: Partner with attorneys and internal staff to ensure smooth intake and conversion processes, adhering to firm protocols.
- Utilize Technology: Make effective use of practice management software (Clio Manage), communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Loom), and email platforms (Microsoft Outlook) to enhance organization and efficiency.
- Structured Sales Process: Follow established sales and intake protocols while upholding professionalism, empathy, and ethical standards.
